Foot Care During Monsoon with Home Remedies

Cracked heels are a very common problem and can happen to anyone in monsoon season. It basically  means the visible cracks present on the heels.  If proper care  are not taken on time, it can even lead to bleeding. Some of the reasons behind cracked heels are dry winds, improper care of feet, unhealthy diet .Instead of visiting a doctor, you can try some cracked heel home  remedies that you can do right in the comfort at your home. Which can  normally available at home always.

•         Glycerin can be used for your  soft and moisturizing feet : Take bowl with  glycerin , raw salt, lemon juice, and rose water in warm water and mix it .Now soak your cracked feet in this warm water for about 10min then  rub the crack feet  with scrub with a pumice stone. wash your feet and pat dry it and apply some glycerin. You can apply this home remedies twice in a week

•         For your  Soft and silky feet: You can take one or two overripe bananas and blend them in a blender to form a thick and buttery paste. Clean your feet properly and then apply banana paste on your feet. Leave it for 15 minutes and then wash your feet thoroughly with warm water and cold water alternatively. You can follow these simple cracked feet with home remedy on a daily basis to prevent and treat dry and cracked heels.

•         Worried for your crack heel ? Take a 3 tbl spoon lime juice mix it with 2 tbl spoon honey .you can apply it in your crack feet  and leave it about 20 min. Apply it every day before bath
