Kolkata halts for Ferena Wazeir

The Kashmiri/ Scot beauty, Ferena Wazeir is making waves by halting people in the city of joy. According to reports, the Kolkata traffic police has made an official request to raise the height of her billboards as they were causing a jam of gawking motorists.

Ferena has been the face of P.C. Chandra jewellers for two years now and the new campaign, shot by Mumbai veteran lensman,  Atul Kasbekar, has done immensely well for them.

Suman Varma, designation agency said that this sort of bizarre request from the cops was certainly first of its kind in her career and that they were happy to comply with the same.  “I guess it's a back handed compliment for us, our client and for Ferena.” 

She adds, “We took a chance with her early in her career on the advice of Bling!’s chief, Atul Kasbekar, whose company manages Ferena’s account. So far the payback has been many folded. We're hoping that post the release of Ketan Mehta's Rang Rasiya and Raj Kanwar's Sadiyaan, our client will derive serious value from taking a calculated gamble on this promising face."

"If all works out well, perhaps it could be equivalent to signing another Deepika Padukone,” smilingly says Suman. 

For his part, Atul couldn't stop smiling and prayed that there would be no accidents but only delayed smiling motorists.
