Gitanjali Group adds glitter to Mumbai Indians

Gitanjali Group, one of the most visible and well-known diamond jewellery brands in the country, announced its association with Mumbai Indians, one of the most followed franchisees in the Indian Premier League.

Priyanka Choksi, Manager, Marketing & Communications, Gitanjali Group and Elina Meswani, Mumbai Indians unveiled the diamond studded ‘Man of the Match’ trophy to be presented during the home matches of Mumbai Indians. Boman Irani, Kunal Khemmu and Cyrus Broacha were also present during the occasion.

After establishing itself as a prominent player in the gems and jewellery industry, the company has ventured into lifestyle and is now making an endeavour to reach out to a wider base of audience by associating itself with the field of sports.

The trophy for the man of the match is specially created for the occasion and will be visible at every match of Mumbai Indians. This 2 ft tall Golden trophy has approximately 550 diamonds studded on it with 785 precious stones giving it a splendid look.
