Pearl Academy of Fashion (PAF), India’s leading fashion and textile institute organised its 14th annual convocation ceremony. Hon’ble Chief Minister of Delhi, Smt. Sheila Dikshit graced the occasion as the Chief Guest Prof Neil Gorman, Vice Chancellor, Nottingham Trent University, conferred degrees and professional diplomas to 82 graduating students of B.A (Hons) Fashion Design and B.A (Hons) Fashion Merchandising and Production.

Addressing the graduating batches, Smt. Sheila Dikshit said that the graduating students have opportunities aplenty in India “we want to develop Delhi as the fashion Capital and for this, both the academy and its graduates have a very important role to play.

Prof. Neil Gorman, Vice chancellor- Nottingham Trent University said, “The institute has given birth to wonders of fashion industry who are taking India global, and it is an honour to be a part of this convocation ceremony.”

Congratulating the graduates, chairman, Pearl Academy of fashion, Mr. Deepak Seth said “PAF’s strength is its ability to evolve continuously. The institute is instrumental in bringing the best in our students thereby creating a benchmark for fashion education in the country.”

Pearl Academy of Fashion (PAF) is a premier industry oriented design institute in India. From an institute, which started with 47 students in 1993, the Academy has active networking with national and international organization, besides membership in prestigious bodies like the international foundation of Fashion Technology institutes, National retail Federation ,USA and the Fashion Design council of India.
