Saluting the styles of international acclaim, Flluid Fashion Fridays brought the designs of couturiers Hemant Sagar and Didier Lecoanet under the arch-lights and presented a capsule viewing of their DESIGNER OF THE YEAR winner collection. Besides the capsule viewing, the icon of menswear, model cum DJ Igantius Camelio took the console in control to belt out soulful music.

One of the best known couturiers in the global fashion arena, India based Hemant and Didier represented India at the prestigious Miami Fashion Week earlier this month. Chosen as the ‘Designer of the year’ at this reputed fashion platform, Hemant and Didier launched their couture line at this exotic beach city. On asking how he felt about getting such an honor, Hemant replied, “Oh I’m happy and proud at different levels. Happy for myself and proud for my country as I was presented there as Paris based Indian designer. Now the award has been put on the shelf to remind me of the recognition I got but the work still moves on.” He was indeed very thrilled and happy.

The party was eventful and Flluid was a perfect host taking care of everything and everybody present there. Kudos to the duo and of course…Flluid !
