The glitz, the glamour, the groove and a little bit of move, it was all present at the celebration of WLC college India’s quintessence 2007- the 8th annual graduation show by students of Wigan Fashion School,New Delhi.

Held at Hotel Intercontinental – The Eros, it oozed the sense of youthfulness. Leena Singh, of Ashima-Leena duo, and Mr. Sunil Sethi, CEO, Alliance Merchandising Company graced the gala event as the chief guests. Mr. Francis Fanthome, renowned educationist, former chairman of the ICSE board and present Lok Sabha MP was the guest of honour. The show launched 23 young designers and Achala Sachdev made the models walk the ramp on her beats.

The themes showcased by these designers were both creative and innovative. The event ended with the distribution of awards to the students; the future of the Indian Fashion Industry.
