Let me be, a young new fashion house and the brain child of Mr. Anjani Singhania, showcased its latest fall winter collection at the Smokehouse grill, New Delhi with models Sonalika Sahay, Fleur Xavier, Ankita Jain, Natasha Chopra, Diva Dhawan and Nira Kehar. The USP of the label is creativity and innovation in design with a focus on quality. The collection caters to the smart and chic urban woman with a distinct taste.

The label reflects silhouettes that are strong individualistic statement pieces.

The newly unveiled collection of the brand mirrors an idiosyncratic characteristic. The trade marks of the collection are the strong elements of surface detailing and ornamentation with an emphasis on comfort and wearbility. All in all the brand stands for understated chic.

A ten designer strong team orchestrates the creatives for ‘Let me be’. The collection currently retails from Ogaan at New Delhi, Samsara New Delhi and Bangalore, Aza at New Delhi, Fuel at Mumbai, Elahe at Hyderabad, Folio at Bangalore among others. The brand has big plans for autumn winter 09. Come winter ‘Let me be’ we will showcase its collections globally; the launch is planned in the Far East, USA and UK. This will make the Label truly global and the brand will compete with international brands like antik batik, Megan Park, Malene Birger etc.

Speaking on the occasion of the fashion preview, Mr. Anjani Singhania, Group Director, Let me be, said, “The label has evolved into a brand catering to the smart, urban, modern women. The brand is positioned as a Parisian boutique albeit with an access pricing. The brand is for the younger customers, who want to make a chic and individualistic style statement. Each collection offered by the label is created after extensive research on the international trend forecasts and reflects global fashion statements and attitudes. Let me be will bridge the gap between Indian designer wear and the international high street brands available in India.” Let me be plans to retail from exclusive designer retail boutiques across India. The brand’s expansion plans includes creating a retail footprint across International fashion capitals. By winter 2009, the Label will be retailed across Italy, France, Spain and Scandinavian countries.
