Known for its lip smacking cuisine and luscious meat dishes, Garage Inc is all set with its new menu highlighting the flavours of summer and upcoming monsoon, in a simple yet elegant innovation of new dishes and drinks. Chef and restauranteur Anisha Maker of Garage Inc. brings her experience and passion for food in the form of delicious and mouth watering result on your palate. The menu combines the classics of American Cuisine with a touch of twisted innovation. An indigenous fusion in dishes gives us wide range of options to dig into the culinary journey this summer, with the excitement of modern day technique.
 
Highlights of dishes from the new menu are:

• Chicken and bean stew with farmers loaf.
• Steak salad.
• Jambalaya
• Mustang's charred prawns.
• Mustard seafood stew with buttered rice.
• Giant stuffed mushrooms.
• Cotija steaks (cottage cheese steaks with salad, mexican rice and a tomato chilli sauce).
