Standing true to its “Cowboy theme” and love for Independent India, Rodeo celebrates this historic occasion with colors of India. Rodeo the Tex- Mex Restaurant has come up with a special “Cowboy Salute” mocktail -  a Tricolor lemon based mock tail made with lemonade, mint crush and ginger ale to cherish the spirit of free India.

Relish a wide array of  lip-smacking non-vegetarian main course items such as - enchilada, pollo guadalajara, pollo con jalapeno cristalizado (jalapeno glazed chicken) . For the strict vegetarians, the special menu features- Queso Talalpan Cottage cheese in special sauce from the valley of Talalpan , Cauliflower Tenango - Cauliflower cooked with a sophisticated sauce made with roasted almonds, sundried tomato, Mexican chilies and parsley.
