The sleek new packaging is a reflection of the more complex vintages that go into Sula’s best-selling bubbles – Sula Brut, Brut Rosé and Seco.

Sula Brut is an ever more complex blend of five classic grape varieties – Viognier, Chenin Blanc, Sultana, Shiraz and Pinot Noir.  It is one of the few Méthode Champenoise wines in the world to be crafted from five different grapes, and the result is something exceptional. 

Sula Brut Rosé is a significant step up in quality with the addition of Pinot Noir, the most important red grape of Champagne, to the “cuvée”.  After years of painstaking work, Pinot Noir is the latest proud edition to the vineyards of Nashik. Sula Brut Rosé is now a blend of Pinot Noir, Zinfandel and Chenin Blanc. 

Both the Brut and Brut Rosé are crafted in the true “Méthode Champenoise” – bottle fermented and aged in Sula’s underground estate cellars, Brut for a minimum of 15 months and Brut Rosé for a minimum of 12 months, resulting in exceptionally smooth, creamy, complex wines with the finest bubbles.

Sula Seco is light, crisp and sparkling – perfect for mixing into your favourite champagne cocktail, be it a Kir Royale, Bellini or Mimosa.  It is slightly sweet, perfect for an everyday aperitif.
