The specially curated menu includes delicacies like Creamy Truffle Risotto, Roast Angus Beef and Baby Octopus embellished with Calmata Olive Salad, amongst other enticing dishes and mouth-watering desserts.
 
A special evening awaits guests on New Year’s Eve at The Lantern, the Chinese specialty restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore, where celebrations include a luxurious champagne toast and an indulgent five-course dinner, offering a wide range of authentic mouth-watering Chinese delights. The exclusive menu includes the finest selection of dim sums, such as the delicate chicken shumai, fragrant crystal prawn dumplings and exquisite truffle edamame.
