Bazinga unveils a healthy menu on the occasion of World Health Day

SMAAASH located at Kamla Mills, Lower Parel, the city’s first immersive centre providing active entertainment, unveils a new 'Health Menu' at its Sports Café Bazinga on the occasion of World Health Day. Bazinga’s Cool Summer Health Menu promises health conscious food lovers lingering tastes with a healthy as well as nutritious diet.

Srinidhi Rao CEO, SMAAASH has formed a new summer menu that offers a perfect blend of new and exciting dishes prepared using healthy ingredients. Kick off with the chilled cucumber soup to beat the soaring temperatures and then dig into scrumptious varieties of the spring salads, a healthy choice created using fresh and seasonal produce. The menu includes wholesome treats like cajun baked soya patty a fit choice for the veggies, and the flavorsome chicken, barbequed and poached to perfection is well complimented by grilled tomatoes and broccoli; the mouthwatering rendition of coastal flavours and fresh bay sea food is the blackened fish with sautéed dill mustard spinach, the perfect meal for sea food lovers.

The new cool summer health menu introduces a section called Slim Jim desserts offering carefully crafted creations like sugar free rice and cereal kheer, vanilla ice-cream with poached apricots and roasted coconut. To give the experience a happy ending, the chef has added fresh strawberry with ice-cream to the menu. All of this guarantees a delightful end to a delicious meal.
