Couture Collection by Jaya Rathore at Ogaan

At the onset of the winter season, OGAAN took its guests through the journey with Designer Jaya Rathore as the designer showcased her Couture collection. Keeping up with the spirit of the space, the collection celebrated the beauty of a bygone era.
Jaya Rathore’s interest and knowledge of Indian craft forms have fueled her experiments with textile revival. Her explorations of heritage weaves and embroideries have resulted in pieces which surpass the ‘age and time’ expiry dates and possess an inherent heirloom value. Heritage embroideries, revived techniques and old folk motifs are brought to life on contemporary shapes to befit today's tsarinas.
The evening was celebrated amongst friends like Socialite Dimple Fauzdar, Nidhi Bhageria, artist Niladri Paul, artist Sunaina Malhotra, Aashti Bhartia, Shagun Khanna, designer Preeti Ghai, Rashi Bhimani, Rachna Kapoor, Aanju Yaadav and Liza Verma.
