Miss Diva in its second year is all set to redefine and recreate the history of beauty pageant by revolutionising into a primetime TV series television series. Yamaha Fascino Miss Diva Universe 2014 unveils its 15 finalists at The Sundowner launch party held at Hotel Palladium. The gorgeous former Miss Universe and actor Lara Dutta will be seen as the mentor and host of an all new exciting TV show. The winner will be representing the country at Miss Universe.

The Sundowner saw the creme da la crème of the city, catching the first glimpse of the finalists. The party saw the likes of Anil Kapoor, Kunal Kohli, Mahesh Bhupati, Abbas Mastan, Tusshar Kapoor, freddy Daruwala, Krishika Lulla, Pria Kataria Puri, amongst many others.

This year that extraordinary woman will be discovered basis a 9 episode primetime TV series on Zee Café that redefines the world of beauty with delayed telecasts and additional content on Zoom TV, giving the pageant an unprecedented television presence. Miss India Organization aims to amplify the level of fashion and beauty pageants in India and reach out to all aspiring divas across the country. 

Christened as “D”, Lara will be seen as the mentor and host of the exciting series. The winner from this competitive show will be representing the country at Miss Universe. The television series is innovative and challenging and gives the viewers a chance to connect with each of the finalist and see their journey unfold to win the crown. The TV series will witness the girls engaging in a battle of beauty and brains, to win the crown.

Yamaha Fascino has partnered with Miss Diva 2014 as the title sponsor. Yamaha aims to reflect the spirit of freedom and desire to go beyond conventional boundaries and setting new standards of the young Indian diaspora. Zee café will carry the event at 8:30 pm and Zoom at 11:30 pm, starting October 6 onwards.
