BJ House of Luxury is launched currently at 2 destinations, South Extension and Karolbagh, New Delhi. The stores are spread across 15,000 sq.ft area. “This is just the beginning” says Mannoj Mehra, CMD SBJ House of Luxury “We plan to add 12-15000 sq.ft. year on year in the next 4 years”. Tightlipped about the investment in the project, when probed further about the target markets for such expansion, Mehra says “we want to target the northern region of Indian subcontinent first, more so for the reason that seasonal cycle pattern remains the same and this makes our merchandising and production planning easy. We want to be very cautious with our expansion; we would rather take time and think through every sq.ft we add to our folio than rush into expansion spree and not being able to provide the kind of experience we want our consumers to feel, in each of our SBJ House of Luxury Store.” Mehra further adds “This capsule that we have made with the right mix of modern and ethnic apparels is to provide a one stop shop to the consumer. We already have a healthy base of loyal clients who trust us for the quality and designs we gave them through all these years; and they have been giving constant feedbacks about expanding our folio.
