adidas Weather Report - Mumbai and Delhi will stay 2 degrees cooler this summer

Energy Boost, adidas announces the launch another revolutionary sportswear technology, ClimaCool+, designed to keep the athlete 2 degree cooler. As we step into an exciting new season of the country’s most premier cricket league, temperatures are set to soar, but the Mumbai Indians and Delhi Daredevils are all in to lose the heat, keep the fire in their new ClimaCool+ team jersey.

Developed using recycled jade stone powder, infused with moisture wicking fabric to produce a stone cold effect, ClimaCool+ is like no other sports apparel technology, so while the ambient temperature rises, the ClimaCool+ jersey keeps the athlete 2 degrees cooler.

Talking about this cutting edge innovation, Tushar Goculdas, Brand Director,  adidas India said, “ClimaCool+ is a game changer, giving our athletes that extra edge on the field, especially when the game requires them to stay cool and perform at their peak. In addition to helping the Mumbai Indians and Delhi Daredevils to outperform this season, this path breaking ClimaCool+ technology is also incorporated into our new running and training apparel to enable everyday athletes to stay cooler during their run or workout.”

After trying on the new jersey, the Master Blaster, Sachin Tendulkar said, “The new Mumbai Indians jersey feels great and will add to the 'cool' quotient of the team. The use of ClimaCool+ technology will help, in its own way, handle the heat and the demands of the exciting new season.”

“As a captain you are always expected to keep your cool and lead the team, especially during high pressure moments in a match. The new team jersey from adidas certainly brings the cool the minute you put it on and you are raring to get on the pitch and face the heat.” said Mahela Jayawardene, Captain- Delhi Daredevils.

The Mumbai Indians and Delhi Daredevils team jerseys with ClimaCool+ technology are priced at Rs.3,299/- and are now available at select adidas sports performance stores across the country.
