Ramola Bachchan’s Fashion and Lifestyle Exhibition a hot spot for fashionistas

 
To usher in the festive season, Ramola Bachchan organized RUNWAY RISING, an exhibition which ensembles a blend of traditional and modern designs. Fashion and lifestyle exhibition RUNWAY RISING, held today was a hot spot for fashionistas and shopaholics, who came in large numbers for some quality browse-and-buy time.

After a footfall of more 2000 plus last time in July, Ramola Bachchan wanted to go even bigger this time with over 100 stalls sharing hall space at Hyatt Regency. So along with the milieu of city exhibitors, there were participants from Delhi, Mumbai Jaipur and Hyderabad. On offer was a gamut of prêt, couture, handwoven saris, Fusion garments, Indian- Anarkali, accessories, innerwear , shoes, bags, jewellery etc.

“We wanted to keep a balanced variety of everything so that shoppers have plenty to choose from. Like each time, Runway Rising is a platform for young, budding designers to test the market with their creations,” said Ramola Bachchan. She also said “The exhibition got a good response and there are plans of getting Runway Rising back soon in December.”

Harjinder Duggal , MD Minar Travels Pvt Ltd said, “ It is a good initiative and an amazing platform for young designers to showcase their talent.”

Sushant Muteja, MD, Cosmic Group said, “Looking at the response of the exhibition, it must be extended to two days.”
