Oldest Tex-Mex place in Delhi. Opened in 1994 – the first authentic Mexican restaurant in India, with a concept based on “COWBOY THEME”.

FOOD:  The recipes have been authenticated by master chefs Sergio Snyder and Roberto Treves. It serves very authentic American and Mexican flavours with delectable dishes like Enchiladas, Fajitas, Burritos and Tacos. Corn flour and chillies are imported to give the original taste.

• Appetizers- Fish Fingers, Chicken Skewers, Taquitos (Small tacos), Molletes ( Mexican style breads) and Nachos Mexicano.
• Masa Dishes – Literal meaning of masa- dough . Masa is made from lime-dried, field corn known as “Nixtamols” .
• Tortillas – The bread of Mexico is prepared in various forms and served with numerous fillings and sauces.
• Taco- folded crispy fried tortillas.
• Tortilla Azteca- An oven dish made with tortillas, cheese, corn, herbs and stuffing of choice.
• Enchilada- elegant adaption of tortillas.
• Rodeo Steaks – A variety of steaks such as Tequila Salmon Steak, Flank Steak, Pepper Steak, etc.
• Also, a great range of desserts like, Mexican Brownie, Death by Chocolate, Tartas de coco and Californian Steak. 
• Rodeo has a special kids menu just for those little rustlers.
• Arrangements for buffet menu from Monday to Wednesday, and also corporate parties.

DRINKS: Rodeo offers a grand range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, Ranging from martinis under the name of Rodeo Martinis, Tornado Martini, variety of beers, rodeo shooters, Regular and Mexican Margaritas. At Rodeo, they call it “Real Margaritas” because only authentic ingredients are used: real tequila, real triple sec, and real lemon/lime juice. Also, they offer a range of classic Mojitos, Scotch whisky, Gin, Vodka, Rum, Brandy, and also cocktails and mock tails both with and without alcohol.  They carry real interesting names such as Southern Belle, Zane Grey, Unforgiven, Cooper’s Shooter, Red Sun, etc.

DECOR: As you enter Rodeo you are thrown back to the Wild West with its batwing doors. The sheriff’s office comes next and right opposite you walk into a regular saloon.No miners, prospectors, dice games and can- can girls here but a western saloon nonetheless it is. Then you walk past to the roomy bar, the highlight of the place with waiters walking by in Stetson hats dressed as cowboys to the barstools that look exactly like a saddle complete with stirrups hanging on the side. The dining area is in rich shades of maroon and red a perfect colour for the décor here. At Rodeo everyday is a carnival because the theme of Rodeo is fun. Atmosphere is festive it’s the right place for when you are alone or with friends and family.

Rodeo is a brainchild of Shervani Hospitalities Ltd. It is a public limited company in the business of Hotels and Restaurants for the last 25 years. They run star category hotels in New Delhi at Nehru Place, Sunder Nagar and at Nainital. Under the same banner is a Fine Dining Tex-Mex and Mexican Restaurant - RODEO at Connaught Place, New Delhi. Their services include Hotels, Lodging, Restaurants, and outdoor catering. Mr.Saeed Shervani, is the Managing Director of Shervani Hospitalities Limited. He is a member of Hotel & Catering International Management Association(HCIMA) UK and has been associated with the hospitality industry for the last 27 years.
