Born and brought up in Jaipur, Surbhi Shah is an eminent name in the field of ethnic and indo western designer wear. Being a Rajasthani, Surbhi’s creations are inspired by the hues and vivid colors of Rajasthan like fuchsia, yellow, orange and many more. Being a young mother and a fashion enthusiast, Surbhi’s play with trendy fresh and energetic colour schemes is what sets her ahead in the field of Rajasthani ethnic fashion. She creates her designs using the traditional forms of Rajasthani art forms in textile like the marori work, danka work, pure silver gota work, gota application work; mukaish, zardozi, piton work; French knot, tube light, cut dana work, kundan, pearl and coral work. She only works upon the best available fabrics, which ranges from platinum chiffon, georgette, raw silk pure silk, linen, french cotton and voil silk. She also specialises in lakhnavi from her own set of in house karigars.
Surbhi is a regular participant at the Rajasthan Fashion week and has won lots of applauds for her exquisite collection at various high-end exhibitions and fashion shows across the country. She puts her passion and creativity in designing the most chic and comfortable apparel and has her husband Varun Shah as a constant support and visionary in building up the brand name.
