Fashion & Lifestyle Awards 2013

Delhi witnessed its first ever ‘Fashion & Lifestyle Award’ on 5th March 2013 wherein media, jewellery designers, fashion designers and interior designers etc. were awarded for their outstanding contribution for promoting fashion & lifestyle industry in india through their creativity, design, talent, product and services in India.

The awards were presented by leading fashion technologist Ratnadeep Lal, who has  more than 27 year experience in Indian Garment & Fashion Industry, and has over 5 years worldwide recognition.

 The event was attended by who’s who of Fashion & Lifestyle Industry.

 This is the first time that all cimpanies and Individuals were called on one platform in India. 

 

Over 100 fashion & lifestyle promoters, international brands, fashion designers, accessory designers, choreographers, fashion & lifestyle magazines, print media newspapers, electronic channels, interior designers were awarded fashion & lifestyle awards 2013.

Speaking on the occasion Mr. Lal stressed the importance of the event, mentioning that  this was the first time that fashion stylists, choreographers, jewellers, footwear designers, garment designers, international brands, interior designers, fashion promoters, event organisers, beauty and cosmetic professionals etc were brought together on one platform and given due recognition.

 

“This event will open new horizons and new dimensions of synergy will develop amongst the stalwarts of the Indian Fashion & Lifestyle Industry”  Mr. Lal added. 

 

The event was presented by International Institute of Fashion Technology. a leading Fashion Institute of India.

IIFT was established in 1990 by India's renowned fashion technologist Ratnadeep Lal, who has been imparting education in fashion designing, interior designing, apparel merchandising, garment manufacturing, fashion design, textile design, jewellery design etc.  

 For the last 23 years over 75,000 students have been trained through 70 worldwide centres, with tie ups with more than 500 fashion export houses and buying houses worldwide.
