2010-04-15Satya Paul celebrates 25 years of fashion, showcasing its much appreciated collection named Maya, by designer Puneet Nanda. He also marked 25 years of excellence, showcasing its celebrated collection at Dubai Fashion Week.

A line suiting the sensibilities of young and old alike was seen on the ramp at the Dubai Fashion Week with Jumeirah Emirates Tower being the official venue. The show saw a huge turnout even at that late hour reinstating the admiration Satya Paul enjoys in the city.

The collection was a mix of Indian and indo-western garments. The fabrics for the collection had been woven to bring out the elegance and shine effervescently to hint towards the multi-layered print and embroidered effects that had been created.  They all were pieces of art in their own right. The materials used ranged from the simple sequins to exotic stones and crystal sourced from around the world.

Talking on the association, Mr. Jyoti Narula, Managing Director, Genesis Colors Pvt. Ltd, the holding company of Satya Paul, said, “It’s a pleasure to be back in Dubai. The prestigious Dubai Fashion Week is a great platform for Satya Paul to be associated with on our 25th anniversary celebrations.”
