Casio presents EXILIM Z-90 for better photography

Casio India Co. Pvt. Ltd., a leading consumer electronics firm announced the availability of their Z-90 camera, in continuation of their EXILIM range. It comes loaded with some never-before-seen features like ‘Make-up’ mode, Backlit scene shoot mode among others. The Z-90 also offers a Smile Detection Auto Shutter, 12.1 megapixels of resolution, 3x optical zoom, self portrait mode etc.

The Z-90 flaunts a beautiful 2.7” LCD screen, anti-shake DSP and a 32 best-shot mode. Also, the user can record movies in HD.

Speaking on the occasion, K. Seth, Head - Sales & Marketing, Casio India, stated, “The new camera is everyone’s best pal to capture perfect images with styling options like Dynamic Photo, makeup function, self portrait shutter, and backlit shooting settings to name a few . In recognition of the unique characteristic of high-resolution image, EX Z-90 offers new applications for smart photography. Some of the highlighted applications of EX Z-90 are:

Dynamic Mode: Dynamic Photography feature lets one extract a moving subject from a series of continuous images, and insert it into another image, allowing the user to crop a moving subject out of a series of images and insert it into other images. This makes it possible to combine images in ways that create exciting, totally unbelievable scenes.  All this possible without using computer.

HD Movie Recording: The high-speed image processing capacity helps in recording HD movies.

Intelligent AF: Advanced auto focus system detects subjects and adjusts focus points accordingly in respect to position, size and number of focus frame on the screen.

Landscape Effects: The camera captures landscape images highlighting the natural colors and beauty of the image. This new feature enhances the hues in the image, making the picture realistic and clear.

Makeup Function: The Make-up Mode gives beautiful portraits with a press of the shutter button. There are 12 different Make-up Levels available for the user to select according to their preferences and also have the option to preview it.

Smile Detection Auto Shutter: Optimizing focus and brightness, the focus detects the expression on the subject's face and releases the shutter automatically when it detects a smile.

Backlit Scene Shooting without setups: Intelligent motion and light sensors in the camera understands the significance of light in an image. It automatically adjusts the light mode to get the best out of a shot.
