CM Anandiben Patel launches Mrs. Earth’15 Priyanka Khurana calendar’16

The 'Love Revolution' calendar, which is created by ace photographer Vijay Kabra, in association with Mrs. Earth 2015 Priyanka Khurana Goyal, was inaugurated by the Chief Minister of Gujarat Smt. Anandiben Patel.

The calendar showcases different kind of dangers that the earth is facing, like global warming, animal and bird extinction, water scarcity, industrialization and deforestation amongst others. With participation in this inauguration the Gujarat Government will be using the pictures from the calendar to create awareness about different hazards that we are causing to the environment and also to urge people to conserve our natural resources.

The core idea of the calendar is to promote the environmental conservation and to start the 'Love Revolution' for our beloved mother earth. Priyanka has been actively involved with the NGO's and initiatives that promote environmental causes including radiation awareness, waste management, tree plantation drives and creating awareness amongst children on issues affecting our environment.

On this occasion Mrs. Earth 2015 Priyanka Khurana Goyal said,  "I am extremely delighted to  be a part of this calendar. I am honoured that the Chief Minister of Gujarat Anandiben Patelji and Gujarat Government has come to support this calendar addressing social and environmental issues we are facing. With this initiative we a pledge to play our roles in this revolution of conserving mother earth."
